Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
We offer delivery within Scandinavia and strive to ship your orders quickly and efficiently.
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (time to process and pack your order).
Delivery Time: 6–9 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. This means a maximum shipping time of 7–11 business days from when the order is placed.
Business Hours: We process orders Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00. Orders placed after 19:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, high order volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also visit our website and use the "Track Your Order" page to easily check your order status. Simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to receive updates on your shipment.
Incomplete or Delayed Deliveries
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

Contact the shipping carrier for an update on your delivery.

Delivery Address & Changes
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped.
