RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@brandoftiaris.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your product. Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can correct the issue.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are shopping within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund on your account.
